Our story begins with a shared passion for exploration and a deep love for Greece’s hidden gems. As a group of friends who cherish the art of slow travel, we’ve always sought out quiet, unique places where we could relax, reflect, and reconnect with nature.
One fateful day, our wanderings led us to a secluded beach near Epidaurus. As we stood admiring the crystal-clear waters and pristine shoreline, we spotted an elderly Greek fisherman pulling his boat ashore. Without hesitation, we offered our help, and in that moment of shared effort, a friendship was born.
As we chatted, the old fisherman’s eyes lit up with stories of his life by the sea. He spoke of the house he had build with his own hands over 70 years ago, starting when he was just a boy. Now, with a hint of sadness, he explained his need to move closer to his children in the city.
But this wasn’t just any property sale. The fisherman was looking for kindred spirits – people who would respect the history of the place and preserve the labor of love he had nurtured for seven decades. As he spoke, we felt a deep connection to his story and the beauty of this unspoiled corner of Greece.

In that moment, we knew we had stumbled upon something extraordinary. We made the decision to purchase the house, committing ourselves to honor its rich history and the fisherman’s legacy. We’ve carefully restored the property, preserving its authentic charm while adding modern comforts.
